Set on improving Dimmitt Bobcats football, Isiah Sifuentez had the opportunity to learn from one of the nation’s top running backs, Tahj Brooks, at his fourth Texas Tech football camp. Sifuentez also attended the Eastern New Mexico University football camp in Amarillo earlier in the summer.

DHS Drew Garcia was seriously injured in a car crash last Tuesday and faces numerous surgeries on the road back to recovery. Garcia is a cheerleader at Dimmitt High School.

The Shallowater Summer League began last week with the Dimmitt Bobbies playing Shallowater Varsity and Shallowater JV. The Bobbies will travel to Abernathy to play Abernathy and Brownfield on June 13.
