A federal judge in Galveston has granted an injunction blocking the Biden administration’s Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule from taking effect, but only in Texas and Idaho.

Bobbies bring home state win

Dimmitt Bobbies lifter Allyson Jones represented DHS in top form this past weekend, claiming the THSWPA state championship gold medal, the first ever for DHS powerlifting. Ni’Khiyah Porras snagged a fourth-place state medal. Jones competed in the SHW weight class, lifting a total of 1,015 pounds.
