Cerna gets plea deal for tampering with evidence

Oscar P. Cerna, 45, took a plea deal in for tampering with evidence – a human corpse. The case was related to the murder of Jacob Duffee by his son in 2021. The younger Cerna was sentenced to 45 years in prison while the father was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
