International, intra-regional speakers to highlight Conference on Community Water
Fernando Falomir studied biogeochemistry at the University of Colorado and got involved with holistic management in 2004. In 2017, after many years of hard work following regenerative principles, and the utilization of animals as the primary tool for land restoration, the family ranch reached a productivity of 40 acres per animal unit.
An international and intra- regional panel of speakers on water and land management will enlighten as they work to help area residents get past some of the deeply ingrained paradigms of continuing depletion of the Ogallala aquifer during a Conference on Community Water in Hereford on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 24 and 25 at the Hereford Civic Center.
