Heavy rainfall, flooding wreak havoc in Hereford

Weekend storms inundated Hereford with rain and flooding, with water reaching as deep as 3 to 5 feet in the city and surrounding farms. Hereford received 8 inches of rain in the past month; the heaviest rainfall came Friday morning with some observers showing 2.45 inches in just 40 minutes.

Unemployment figures released for April
