Hegar transfers $7.3B to SFH, Rainy Day Funds

Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced today he has completed the transfer of about $7.3 billion into the State Highway Fund (SHF) and the Economic Stabilization Fund (ESF; commonly known as the “Rainy Day Fund”). Each fund received nearly $3.64 billion, or 50 percent of the total transfer.

I don’t like surveys and rarely do questionnaires when asked. If doing a health survey, I might come across typical questions concerning balanced meals; regular exercise and rest patterns. One question of interest I could find in the balanced meal section reads as follows… ‘Do you skip breakfast?
