Castro County 4-H Club had several members place high with their records book for 2022. The District 2 record book judging was held in Lubbock on July 13.

State Comptroller Glenn Hegar said Texas had recordhigh tax revenues over the last year, giving Texas lawmakers an extra $27 billion to spend in the 2023 legislative session. He said, lawmakers will have $149.
