Mid-Plains Mural is a Welcoming Sight

  • Mid-Plains Communications presented a donation to the Tulia Volunteer Fire Department as a way to give back to the community.     Mid-Plains Communications has a fresh look on the front of their building thanks to the Ron Miller who sponsored the talent of local artist Alfonzo Garcia. The new United States Flag mural is a welcoming sight on the Mid-Plains building for those traveling on Texas Highway 87 through Tulia.
