Tulia Fire Department enjoyed Splashing the Kids Back to School with the Fire Trucks on Sunday afternoon. The event was scheduled to begin at 2:00PM but had to be postponed until about 3:30PM due to the firemen responding to a grass fire at the original time.

Meet the Hornets held Friday night

Tulia athletes were introduced at Meet the Hornets on Friday night. Students involved in football, volleyball, cross country, cheerleading, and band were introduced starting with the freshmen and continuing through to the seniors.

Happy Days Celebration August 13-15

Happy Days Celebration is scheduled for August 13th-15th. The Team Roping will be on Thursday. Friday’s events include the Little Britches Rodeo, Goat Roping and DJ Dance. Saturday has a full day of events scheduled.

Special City Council Meeting Called to Accept 2024-2025 Audit

The City of Tulia called a Special Meeting on Friday, July 31, 2026 in the Council Chambers of Tulia City Hall to consider action on the 20242025 City Audit.The City is in a better audit condition than it has been in previous years. The City could easily pay off all debt if necessary.
