Tulia holds second annual Kite Festival

The second annual kite festival was held in Tulia on Saturday, March 21st.The weather was cool with a light breeze, perfect for flying kites. Several kites were seen over Mackenzie Park including a little turtle that flew the highest and stayed up the longest.
