The Nazareth FFA Show Team for 2025-26 is already gearing up for another successful year of competition. In addition to athletics, UIL academic contests, 4-H and livestock shows, judging and CDE/LDE, talent and numerous other endeavors, the Naz team finds their way to state to compete against the best in Texas – often bringing home the title. Lead by ag teacher Austin Heck, Naz FFA has become a force determined to succeed in all that they do.
Athletic director and head football coach Jimmy Arias takes the helm in his first season at Dimmitt High School. The Bobcats participated in their first scrimmage as the pigskin and upright season begins.

The Summer Reading Program has come to an end at Rhoads Memorial Library. One of the volunteers making it a success was Mavrik Gfeller, who read to youngsters during Story Time.
