Ronny Nelson went home to be with the Lord on June 4 at 6:02 p.m. He is now riding on the wings of the angels. Ronald Dale Nelson was born Aug. 18, 1939, in Dimmitt, Texas. He joined the U.S. Army in 1961 and served until 1965 where he spent time sta tioned in Germany.

Mary Monette Kenmore Ray went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Monette was born in Dimmitt, Texas on Dec. 3, 1936, to Faye and Ferron Kenmore. She was a 1955 graduate of Dimmitt High School. While in high school, she met the love of her life, George Ray.

Robert Elmo Bagwell, 89 of Hazlehurst, Mississippi, died May 30, 2021, in Jackson, Mississippi. He was born Oct. 12, 1931, near Dimmitt, Texas, to Jim and Robertha (Wood) Bagwell.

Curtis James Grand, 87 of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021, in Amarillo. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 2, at 5 p.m. at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Coby Gilbreath officiating.
