William ‘Billy’ Patton passed away in Amarillo on April 19. He was born May 2, 1967 in Hereford, Texas. He attended Dimmitt schools and was employed by Hyman Farm Service for several years. He married Raneta Adams in August 1987 in Hereford. They had one son, Rye Patton.

San Juanita “Janie” Quintero, 68, formally of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 23 at 11 a.m. with Father Arockiaraj Malapady, Deacon John Niño, and Deacon Richard Martinez as celebrants.

Martha Isaguirre, 78, died on Friday, April 16, 2021. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 2 p.m. in the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit, in Tulia, with Father David Contreras officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulia.

Melody Kay Lilley, 40, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 in Nazareth, Texas. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 8, at 2 p.m. in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Deacon Bob Birkenfeld officiating. A visitation will be held at 1 p.m. prior to the service.

Truett Childers, 68, died Feb. 21, 2021 at his home in Austin Texas. A graveside service at West Lawn Memorial Park in Dimmitt will be held April 11, at 3 p.m. Truett was born Aug. 16, 1952 in Abilene, Texas and moved to Childress where he spent his early childhood.
