Swifts defeat Broncos, 55-35

The Nazareth Swifts claimed a victory over the Clarendon Broncos, 55-35. The Swifts took the lead in the first quarter, holding the Broncos to 13-10. Nazareth offense came on strong in the second quarter, widening their lead to 29-17 as the first half came to a close.

A Fresh Breeze

Thanksgiving Meal Report shows decline in food prices

A traditional, Texas-style Thanksgiving dinner for 10 will cost $44.21, down $3.80, according to the special Texas Farm Bureau (TFB) Thanksgiving Meal Report. The survey records the cost of 10 holiday staples—including turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce and pecan pie.
