Hereford graduate among top WTAMU honorees
A THREE-PEAT--Ross Gomez of Post caught the lone Legacy Lunker bass to come from Lake Alan Henry in the 2026 ShareLunker season, a 14.74 pound 25 incher on January 22.Gomez’s catch became the 32nd all-time Legacy Class Lunker for Alan Henry and put the water body on the board for the second year in a row. Ironically, the Legacy Lunker fish Gomez caught in January was the exact same Legacy Class fish he had caught on two previous occasions in almost the same location.
VET SCIENCE COMPETITORS— The Hereford FFA Veterinary Science CDE team competed at the Area 1 Contest recently. They placed 13th among 48 teams in the Area and were third in Littlefield District in a highly competitive contest. Team members are Nubia Soltero, Adali Arias, Emma Arredondo and Stella Hewitt.
