Heitschmidt competes with WTAMU Meat Judging team in Houston
Nazareth graduate Ryan Heitschmidt was among the WTAMU Meat Judging Team who took third place at the Houston Livestock Show and Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest
In the last contest of the 2023 winter and spring season, the WTAMU Meat Judging team competed at the Houston Livestock Show and Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest and won third place.
The WTAMU team place third overall, first and fifth in beef grading, first in total beef, second in lambs, first in pork, first and second in reasons and third in placings.
