TAMU vet school welcomes 180 new students

The Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) welcomed 180 first-year students to its Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program today, making the Class of 2025 the largest class of veterinary students in the nation.

New laws affecting TDLR licensees take effect Sept. 1

More than 30 new state laws that will affect more than 500,000 Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) licensees will go into effect September 1, 2021. Some laws will take effect later. The laws were passed during the 87th Regular Session of the Texas Legislature.
