Despite the cancellation of the Levelland meet this past weekend, the Dimmitt Bobbies Powerlifting stayed hard at it to continue qualifying its members for Regionals.

The Swiftettes ended their regular season of conference play with a big win over the Texline Lady Tornadoes, 88-7, and earned Nazareth another District Championship title. This will send the Swiftettes into the playoffs with a bye on the Bi-District round.

The Dimmitt Bobbies and Bobcats Powerlifting teams participated in meets on Jan. 23 and Jan. 30. Dimmitt High School hosted both the Dimmitt Invitational Meet and the Bobcat Bash in that order, with boys and girls divisions. The Bobbies came out on top in team placings in both their meets.
